Suspended YSRCP legislator Roja was absent at the Privilege Committee that is looking in to her suspension from the Assembly for a year. She wrote to the committee saying that she will be unable to attend due to ill-health. The remaining YSRCP legislators, who were issued notices, attended. TDP legislator Anita, at whose behest the meeting is being held, recounted the events in the Assembly that led to Roja's suspension. She was seen leaving later, with tears in her eyes.
