What happens when one party leaders from two regions in the post-AP split situation come face to face? There are no fireworks but exchange of pleasantries.
The same thing happened when Paritala Sunita, Minister in Andhra Pradesh, and Errabelli Dayakar Rao, TDP leader who walked over to the ruling Telangana Rashtra Samiti in Telangana, came to face to face in the Assembly premises on Thursday.
They exchanged pleasantries. At one point, Sunita told Dayakar, `It would have been good if you had not changed the party.' Dayakar said diplomatically that it would be great if Chandrababu was there in Andhra Pradesh as Chief Minister and `we' in Telangana.
When he referred to `we', Dayakar meant the dozen TDP leaders who walked over to the TRS. The dozen include Talasani Srinivas Yadav and Teegala Krishna Reddy.
