YCP MLAs joining TDP is legal or illegal ?

The following is the list of YCP MLAs who joined TDP from YCP for the development of their constituencies.

In a country like India, there are many things which are considered Sacred and Holy. Marriages and the Assembly of Public representatives ( Legislative Assemblies in states or Parliament in the country) are also considered sacred. A person cannot marry another woman while his wife is alive, without undergoing a process. Without giving divorce to his wife , a person cannot marry another woman. The lady whom the person marries is considered his wife only after divorce. Without giving divorce, if he maintains a relation with her, the relation is illegal relation.

Without resigning to the MLA post which the candidates had won on YCP ticket, if they has a relation with another political party, is the relation considered legal or illegal?

YCP MLAs who joined TDP should first resign to the MLA post. Then contest in the By-elections on the party ticket in which they joined recently. If they wins then they are really called the TDP MLAs. If not, you know with what name these MLAs should be called in the Assembly.
