Baba Ramdev's 'Aawla Murabba' lands in trouble

Baba Ramdev's Patanjali Ayurved products have landed in another controversy and are under the scrutiny of Food Safety and Drug Administration department.

Recently in Lucknow, the official from the Food Safety and Drug Administration department acquired two 1-kg bottles of 'Aawla Murabba' which had manufacturing date as 'October 20,2016' while the expiry date was 'October 19,2017' .

The product will be not be tested as a food sample as the Patanjali Products are categorised under ayurvedic medication. However FSDA will be investigating the matter based on the manufacturing date and the results are expected to come out soon.
