Nine persons injured in which five suffered leg fractures when a lift plunged from five floors in Swagath Grand hotel at Suchitra crossroads in Hyderabad. Accident has occurred when the cable of the lift snapped on the fifth floor. Injured were immediately shifted to a hospital. There are allegations that hotel owner did not take up repairs for lift even after customers and staff advised him to do so.
