Former Congress Chief Minister and Jai Samaikyandhra Party president N Kiran Kumar Reddy has participated in silver jubilee celebrations of Rajiv Gandhi Degree and PG College in Rajahmundry on Monday. Speaking to the media, Kiran said both Telugu states would face severe water problem. He suggested to both Chief Ministers to fight jointly at Delhi-level. He asked Chandrababu to make all documents related to Amaravati public. He avoided answering questions on his political career.
