A criminal case has been filed against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and AAP leaders Sanjay Singh and Bhagwant Mann in Punjab.
The criminal case is filed under Section 595 and 295A of India Penal Code(IPC) in a Ludhiana court.
The complainant Jagdeep Singh Gill, who is a president of an NGO Samaj Jagriti Front, has alleged that AAP leaders had distributed posters of former Khalistani terrorist Jarnail Singh Bhindranwala on his birthday on February 12.
The court has accepted the application and will hear the case on March 19.
