The bombing attack in Brussels claimed life of an Indian, who went missing right from the time of attack. Indian employee of Infosys in Brussels, Raghavendran Ganesan was declared dead by Indian Embassy in Belgium.
After the terrorist attack in Belgium capital city Brussels, Ganesan went missing. His last phone call was traced to be from a metro train at Maelbeek station in Brussels where the suicide bomber blew himself up in the same coach of him.
Raghavendran Ganesan belongs to Bangalore and was in Brussels during March 22nd terrorist attack. External affairs minister Sushma Swaraj informed through her twitter handle about Raghavendran's death and confirmed him as one of the victims of terror blasts. His mortal remains will be handed over to the family in Brussels.
More than 31 people were killed and hundreds were injured in serial blasts in Brussels airport and metro station on March 22nd.
