Hyderabad: This is a question shot by the YSR Congress party spokesperson Vasireddy Padma. Speaking to media at party office in Hyderabad, she said “TDP that had issued a whip to its MPs to vote against the FDI Bill in the parliament last year, seems has changed its mind after the retail market giants Reliance, Wal-Mart, ITC and other companies’ representatives met CM Chandrababu Naidu.

We would like to know what makes him change his mind and allows them to snatch the retail market from the small traders in the state. We suspect that they have offered him huge amount of money. That is why he changed his mind. He should give explanation to the people why is he allowing the retail giants when he once opposed their entry into the country.”

Of course, her point of argument can be justified, but she can’t blame the CM that he was bribed by the retail companies, unless she has evidences for her allegations. However, her serious allegations levied against CM Chandrababu Naidu gives TDP leaders an opportunity to divert the argument on to this point instead of giving explanation for change of their stand.
