The private parts of two youths were on Tuesday allegedly chopped off by a eunuch in Meerut district of Uttar Pradesh, police said.

The incident came to light on Wednesday morning when villagers found two youths, in critical condition near Panchali poultry farm under Jaani police station limits, police said.

The youths', whose genitals had been chopped off, were admitted to a hospital by the police. They were identified as Sabir (35), resident of Siwalkhas, and Pradeep, a resident of Jaani, police said.

Police suspect that Neelam, with the help of her accomplices had chopped off their private parts. Sabir later told the police that an eunuch, Neelam, had given them tea on Tuesday morning near Railway Road following which both of them lost consciousness.
