Outlook magazine has apologised for its article 'No boring babu.' The article was not written with anyone in mind and if anyone was hurt, they were sorry, the editors said. IAS officer Smitha Sabharwal had served a legal notice to the magazine, stating that the article was insulting and demanded an apology. Netizens too had criticised the article on social media.
