It is known that SIT officers have requested Telecom operators to reveal the call data of Jerusalem Mathaiah to further investigate the 'Cash for Vote' and 'Phone Tapping' case. Now, Telcos have submitted a written memo to Vijayawada court informing that his call data is a threat to Indian security and hence it is better to keep it secret.

SIT officers who have been waiting for the call data are angry now and have nowhere else to go. AP DGP had a closed door meeting with SIT and CID officers on this issue.
