In a gruesome incident which is as horrific as the Nirbhaya gangrape, a video of four youths raping a Dalit girl in Veenavanka in Karimnagar has been circulating among media houses and WhatsApp.
The incident took place around a month ago and the youths blackmailed the girl by shooting their brutal act on a mobile phone and repeatedly raped her threatening her to circulate the video on social networking sites of she didn't comply with their sexual urges. However, the girl finally broke her silence and informed her family members after going through days long torture.
Of the four rapists, three youths who were identified as Srinivas, Rajesh and Anjaiah, have been severely manhandled by the angry villagers and they are currently recovering from injuries at a Warangal hospital. Police booked a Nirbhaya case against these culprits. The fourth rapist is still on the loose.
