Out of 12 MLC seats, the ruling TRS has captured six in the local body quota with two more MLC seats won unanimously in Karimnagar district on Saturday. Two candidates, who were in the fray for MLC election withdrew their nominations as Saturday is the last day for withdrawal.
The TRS has already won the seats each in Adilabad, Warangal, Nizamabad and Medak districts.
