Ever since the state bifurcation and the formation of the new government in Andhra Pradesh, CM Chandrababu Naidu had had a tough time convincing the 4,500 AP employees working in Telangana to shift their base permanently to Amaravati.
However, Babu and his team have now chalked out a master plan which made these reluctant employees give their nod to the transfer which is scheduled to take place this June. And it is the 5 days a week working system that did the trick for Chandrababu.
These employees have since long been requesting the government to modify the existing working system and implement the central government working model of only 5 days a week at office. Apart from giving the nod to the employees' demands, the AP government will also take its decision regarding allotting the local status to the transferring employees and their children.
