Eluru: Chief Miniser N Chandrababu Naidu will visit Eluru to participate in the Chandranna Svayam Upadhi Kapu Runa Mela (self-employment loan Mela) on Thursday.
West Godavari District Collector K Bhaskar along with District SP Bhaskar Bhushan, Eluru MP Maganti Venkateswara Rao, Eluru MLA Badeti Kota Ramarao, Whip Chintamaneni Prabhakar, Kapu Corporation Chairman Chalamalasetty Ramanujaiah visited the indoor stadium on Wednesday.
The Collector and other dignitaries inspected the arrangements of the public meeting to be held at the Indoor Stadium Grounds and instructed the officials. The Collector directed officials to provide drinking water, food for 30,000 people. He asked the officials to keep ready about two lakh water packets in drums.
He also directed to prepare buffet to 10,000 people and supply of 20,000 meals packets. He also suggested setting up temporary toilets near the venue separately for men and women. A first aid centre should also be arranged at the venue, he directed.

Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu will visit Eluru city on Thursday at 10.55 am to participate in the Kapu Runa Mela programme. He will reach CR Reddy College helipad from Viayaawada at 10.55 am and reach Indoor Stadium at 11.00 am by road. He will participate in the Kapu Loan Mela programme. Later, he will leave indoor stadium at 1 pm by road to helipad at CR Reddy College and leave for Vijayawada at 1.35 pm, according to official statement.
