Divisive Politics by TRS for GHMC Elections

The GHMC Elections had once again brought Andhrites and Telanganites into limelite.

Almost all the major Political parties in Telangana state are trying to attract the seemandhra voters as some areas in the GHMC area are fully dominated by the people from Seemandhra.

Kukatpally, Ameerpet, Miyapur, Jubilee Hills, Vengalrao Nagar, Somajiguda etc are some of the areas where Seemandhra settlers are maximum in number and can influence the final GHMC results.

Since the release of Election Notification for GHMC polls, TRS leaders have been showering the Seemandhra settlers with countless soaps and freebies.

Recently, the party give tickets to 15 worthy candidates from Seemandhra region. All these candidates will be fielded in divisions mostly dominated by Seemandhra settlers. Apparently, TRS choose its candidates based on their caste and keeping in mind the dominant castes of the Seemandhra settlers in the GHMC region.

Almost all the political parties are following the startegy to win maximum seats in GHMC elections.

Once the elections are over and their requirements are met, the TRS leaders along with Chief Minister and Cabinet Ministers once again bring out the divisive attitude between Telangana and Andhra people.

Reimbursement to students of Andhra region, Removing the Staff of Power company from their duties as they belong to AP state etc are some of the issues which exposed the Telangana Government's attitude towards the Andhra people in Telangana.
