The TRS win in GHMC elections has been attributed for five reasons. It was able to attract voters with the slogan of making Hyderabad as a global city. People living in slums have voted for TRS with the poll promise of double bed-room houses. The TRS has succeeded in making opposition to knock the doors of courts with deletion of votes and reducing time for election schedule while it focused on campaign. The KTR remarks of TRS will win 100 seats in GHMC polls also went in favour of TRS. The TRS went for polls when opposition was not ready.
