Hyderabad people voted for TRS in GHMC polls as they believed the words of Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao. KCR said that he will make Hyderabad as a global city. Minister K Taraka Rama Rao played a key role in TRS victory as he made it clear in every election campaign that all the people living in Hyderabad belong to Telangana State. The TRS was way ahead of other political parties in conducting poll campaign and announcement of party candidates. It also conducted day-to-day reviews to ensure victory of party candidates in GHMC elections.
