North coastal districts of Andhra Pradesh mainly Visakhapatnam district has been experiencing heavy cold. It has been reported that Visakha district has recorded the lowest minimum temperature in the state.It is Manyam area, which is experiencing heavy cold followed by Lambasingi and Chintapalli in Visakhapatnam agency area. It is said that less than 10 degree celsius of temperature is recorded. Due to heavy ice fall and fog in Manyam area, people are shivering in the cold.
