Nara Lokesh has met US President Barack Obama and he himself has revealed the news by making tweets on Twitter. Lokesh tweeted that he explained Obama about the smart city projects that are being developed in AP and pursued him to invest in the newly formed state. Lokesh added that Obama has praised Chandrababu for his work.

"Pleasure meeting @barackobama. Explained the smart city project and also AP being the investments destination. He conveyed his regards to our CM and mentioned the amazing work CM is doing," tweeted Lokesh.

It was rumoured earlier that Lokesh did not get any special appointment from Obama but he joined the US president as one of the members who had dinner with him. Lokesh had reportedly paid 10000$ for this feat.
