New Delhi/Hyderabad:
The Apex court has on Friday, quashed the petition filed by Telangana ACB requesting to cancel the bail given to TDP MLA Revanth Reddy.

Arguments over the ACB petition challenging Revanth's bail started in supreme court from Friday afternoon. Advocate Kapil Sibal was representing the Telangana ACB.

According to sources, supreme court justice said Revanth Reddy, accused in cash-for-vote case, had spent 30 days in jail and ACB had recorded his statement as per section 164.

It came to know that the judge said they should check if any accused person gets bail after one-day imprisonment.
