YCP MLA reached the Assembly and handed over the High Court Order Copy to the secretary of AP Assembly Satyanarayana. After submitting the copy, YCP MLA haded to Lotus pond to meet YCP chief Jagan.
The High court after declaring the verdict in favour of YCP MLA Roja, the MLA stated that she would attend the Assembly. Hence, The AP Government deployed police and marshalls near the Assembly premises. High tension prevailed at the AP Assembly.
The Andhra Pradesh High court struck down the motion of suspension of YCP leader RK Roja by the State Assembly for 1 year on Thursday. The court gave an interim order, giving a boost to the YCP leader. The court said that any suspension should be done as per the rules.
On the other hand, the privelege committee would meet on March 21. TDP MLA Anitha had complained against YCP MLA Roja to the privelege committee. Roja had skipped the recent meetings of the privelege committee duo to her case in the Supreme court.
