Congress legislator Jeevan Reddy accused KCR of mortgaging the State to Maharashtra through his agreements for building barrages. Regarding Pranahita and Thummala projects the CM did not even consult the Prime Minister or at least send a delegation to the Centre, he said. He condemned Harish Rao for the remarks that the Congress did not do anything for the people in its 10 years of rule, he added.
