MLA Roja soke to the media outside Rajbhavan. The following are the excerpts of her speech
"We are considering today as a Black day in a Democratic nation. We all approach courts fo Justice. We all respect the verdict of the courts. Everyone has the responsibility to abide by the order of the court when the latter corrects anyone. But the AP Assembly had disobeyed the court's verdict. Yesterday the High court order along with the letter is submitted to the Assembly secretary at 3 pm. As the Assembly proceddings concluded , I had mentioned in the letter that I wouldbe attending the Assembly from tomorrow as the court has given me the permission. The secertary received the Court order and issued a received letter.
Today they had obstructed me through the Marshalls from enetering the Assembly. They should once think how much they respect the democracy.Chief Marshall Ganesh babu has behaved like a TDP activist.On december 18, 2015 I was suspended from the Assembly. On 19 December, when I came to meet the speaker, the Marshalls had not allowed me to do so. They physically attacked me and hence I had to be admitted in the Hospital", said Roja
