Hyderabad: Kapu reservation porata samithi leader and former minister Muddragadda Padmanabham, who led an agitation demanding reservation for his community, today said Kapus should not get disheartened with police cases.
Padmanabham, who visited P Gannavaram in East Godavari district to attend a private function, met some Kapu leaders. Local leaders informed Padmanabham that police were repeatedly asking them to visit police stations.
Responding on this complaint, the Kapu patriarch said.” if police called 100 persons, you should go in thousands.”
He was accompanied by Kapu association leaders Ramakrishna, Vishnumurthy, Tataji, Yesudasu and others.
