How could Kodela and Yanamala miss that logic?

YCP MLA and Nagari lady Roja got a decisive victory at High Court with the Court asking AP Government to lift off the suspension on the MLA.

It is already known that a one-year ban was imposed on the MLA by Speaker and the MLA challenged her suspension at the apex court. Judge said that under Section 340 a suspension for one session is allowed but Yanamala Ramakrishnudu who is also the minister for Assembly affairs ignored and signed the suspension resolution under the 340 section and Speaker too did not check or verify and took an action instantly.

Following this Roja moved to HC and even before the hearing came to an end here she moved to country's APEX court and the Supreme responded quickly and ordered HC to hear the arguments on Roja's suspension by this day! Though the case has not come to an end fully, interim judgement has come in favour of the YSRCP MLA - the ban has been lifted off with immediate effect. Meanwhile the MLA dedicated this win as victory of her constituency people and said she will continue her tirade against the unruly government in the assembly.

It is a surprise that experienced Yanamala and Kodela both missed to study rules before they passed suspension resolution. It may be remembered here some MLAs even proposed 5 years and even life long ban on MLA Roja. Its a big blow to Yanamala's political experience though!!
