YSRCP Leader Ambati Rambabu on Monday affirmed that the poll debacle in 2014 for the YSR Congress party and himself was due to the overconfidence.

Stating that the party had overrated the YSRCP Chief YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s popularity ahead of the elections, the YSRCP leader said that it led to the party losing in the polls. Mr Rambabu said that the party members failed to recognize the decline in YS Jagan’s popularity along with other party leaders.
