Hyderabad: Condemning the postponement of TET exams, TDP organising secretary Madepalli Satyam on Wednesday warned the State government that the CM’s camp office would be stormed if the government failed to issue DSC notification by the end of March.
The TDP leader in his statement said the Chief Minister was playing with the career prospects of five lakh unemployed youth who have completed their teacher training. He alleged that KCR had used students during Telangana agitation and abandoned forever once he attained his political goals.
“The Chief Minister had announced during Warangal by-elections that DSC notification would be issued soon. But on the pretext of guideline of Central government on TET, the government is trying to postpone the exams,” he alleged. Satyam said though there were 20,000 teacher posts remained vacant in the State, the government was not willing to fill them, even in the coming academic year.
The TDP leader said five DSC notifications were issued between 1998 and 2003 during the TDP government, but the TRS government hasn’t even issued a single notification in the last two years.
