Councillors Gummadi Ramesh and Pasupuleti Trimurthulu clashed with each other and exchanged blows, at a meeting of Tenali municipal corporation in Guntur. The shirt of one of the councillors was torn in the melee. The two abused each other and exchanged blows even as the others looked on helplessly. The issue was about maintaining accounts in the minutes book. Some elders separated them.
