A Court in Hyderabad issued non-bailable warrant against Vijay Mallya and Chief Financial Office of Kingfisher Airlines A Ragunath.
GHMR Hyderabad International Airport moved the court seeking Vijay Mallya's prosecution for duping the company with cheques which bounced. While issuing the notices, Court ordered the cops to produce the liquor baron before it on April 13th.
On the other hand, Vijay Mallya who is currently in UK said he don't want to return to India any time soon as he was already branded as a criminal and hence mayn't be given chance to present his side of the story. He even refused to disclose the location where he currently stays saying it wouldn't be wise to reveal as he wishes to feel safe.
The Liquor Baron even have an advise for media, 'I am being hunted down by media in UK. Sadly they did not look in the obvious place. I will not speak to media so don't waste your efforts'.
Mallya even clarified his tweet about the Editor of Times Now is a repeat of what he said about him.
